Andover is committed to guiding students through a world-class, enriched curriculum, in ways that engage students and build critical thinking and collaboration skills.

SKILLFUL

ACA’s teachers design their lessons to develop their students’ love for all academic disciplines. The goal of every ACA teacher is to instill a love of their subject area into every student. Low student-to-teacher ratios allow us to differentiate, so students can see their progress without being pressured to move in sync with other students.  Inspiring students, by balancing challenge and support, builds life-long confidence, and a love for learning. ACA’s academic content is several years above grade level, but the methods teachers use are age appropriate.  This makes students’ learning experience meaningful, successful, and fun.

ACA의 교사들은 모든 학문 분야에 대한 학생들의 관심을 키울 수 있도록 수업을 설계합니다. 모든 ACA 교사의 목표는 모든 학생에게 해당 과목에 대한 애정을 심어주는 것입니다. 학생 대 교사 비율이 낮기 때문에 차별화가 가능하므로 학생들은 다른 학생들과 함께 움직여야 한다는 압박감을 느끼지 않고 진행 상황을 확인할 수 있습니다. 도전과 지원의 균형을 통해 학생들에게 영감을 주어 평생 자신감과 학습에 대한 사랑을 키워줍니다. ACA의 학업 내용은 학년 수준보다 높지만 연령에 적합하게 지도를 하고 있습니다. 이는 학생들의 학습 경험을 의미 있고 성공적이며 재미있게 만듭니다.

Andover is committed to helping each student become the best version of themselves. Our program guides young people into gaining a deeper understanding of their identity, their personal goals, and their social skills. Individual students are the heart of ACA schools. Our highly experienced teachers are free to adapt their curriculum to the needs and interests of the students in their classrooms. This allows teachers the maximum freedom to build on their students’ existing strengths and passions.
